Diamond in the Rough
Diamond in the Rough
The rough part is that the condo's HOA hasn't been keeping up the courtyard shared between 8 or 10 condos. Also, the part of town between the condo and the light rail stations are kind of sketchy. The condo itself was well-maintained and the photos didn't really do it justice. It was very comfortable and clean, with great appliances and easily accessible internet. The owner was helpful with all questions, including negotiating check-in time. My roommate was very excited, since he was not involved in finding the property - we thought that our friends who were staying in hotels were missing out. I would surely recommend this place to friends and tried to show it to everyone I could. I recommend trying out the Great Divide brewery, the Lobby's rootbeer float and La Fiesta (a great Mexican restaurant two blocks away).
