Welcome! We would like to invite you to stay in our one-bedroom condo unit at Eastwood City, a thriving, self contained new development area in the metropolitan Manila. Eastwood city offers an extensive array of dining and shopping experience. You have a choice of fast foods and al fresco dining that include local Filipino, Asian and international cuisines such as Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indian, Italian, American and Mediterranean. Shops sell a variety of local and international brand items, including bookstores and hobby shops. Cafes and bars abound in the area. There are seven cinemas including the country’s first reclining rocker seats with retractable armrests equipped with the latest Dolby Digital EX technology, and modern bowling and billiard facility. In the evenings, watch local bands and singers, and occasionally international singers, perform in the promenade of the Eastwood city walk. A few steps away, you will find beauty salons and spas, a Thai foot massage, a venue offering bikram yoga, a gym and bank ATMs. Eastwood city has free shuttle service to the airport and to major commercial and business centers in metro Manila – Makati, Ortigas and Greenhills.
Our one-bedroom condominium unit is on the 8th floor facing the front of the condo building with a view of the Eastwood city watch/clock tower. It has an area of 58 sqm., normally the size of a two-bedroom unit, has a modern theme and is fully furnished to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. It is fully air conditioned, has a leather couch, an LCD TV with cable service, a dining set, a queen sized bed with orthopedic mattress plus provision for an additional single bed as needed, hot shower and a fully equipped kitchen. The building has wide hallways, equipped with elevators, and a 24-hour security service. An air conditioned mission style Catholic church is just next door.
The place is ideal for tourists and vacationers, expatriates, business travelers and transients.
Our rates are:
Minimum of 4 days stay – $65 a night/$455 a week, with additional $10 a night for extra adult beyond two persons
One month stay - $900 exclusive of utilities
Cleaning services available at $15.
Cancellation policy is two weeks. No refund is made for cancellations made in less than two weeks.

Year Purchased: 2007
My husband and I are both professionals working in the consulting industry related to development projects in the country and in the region. My husband is an engineer but pursued a career in management. I am a development economist. We bought this property so we could have a place to stay during weekends whenever we felt we needed to get out to relax, and also for our guests to stay. We have three children, two are in college and one in grade school. They invite friends occasionally to stay at the condo and enjoy the activities at Eastwood city. We look forward to sharing our place with you.
