Beautiful, luxury 5900 square foot home located near hiking trails and bike paths. House has five full bedrooms, with three of the bedrooms having their own private bathroom. Main level has formal living and dining room with gourmet kitchen with gas range. There is informal dining in the kitchen including the large island to seat 8.
Formal dining room seats 14. A family room is located right off the kitchen and the deck is located off the kitchen/family room. Two sets of stairs take you to the second level where there are four bedrooms and the laundry room.
The basement has one more bedroom, a full bar with seating for four, an entertainment area including a big screen tv as well as a ping pong table, sauna and work out area. The basement walks out on to a covered deck with a table for four. Pictures do not do this justice.

We have lived in Colorado Springs for more than 20 years. We love the wonderful weather and the summers are fabulous. We enjoy the biking, tennis, skiing and other activities we do here in Colorado.
Why the Owner Chose Colorado Springs
The rental is our home and we are offering it for the first time. We hope you find the place as wonderful as we do. We purchased the home because of the layout of the rooms and the fantastic views. We love the location being so central to all activities including being less than a quarter mile from biking trails, less than a few miles from major restaurants and the parks. If you belong to a country club, you can use the reciprocal agreement with the country club that is a quarter mile from the house.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Enjoy the beautiful nights on the deck relaxing and listening to the sound system while seeing the fantastic views of Pikes Peak. After working out on the equipment in the workout area, enjoy a nice sauna. Freshen up and take a walk in the beautiful trails that are literally right outside the door. The trails are great for the avid hiker and the beginner just wanting a great view of the city. Be as active or restful as you want in this beautiful executive home.
