This lovely traditional Cape, is located in a very desirable South Orleans neighborhood just steps away from town-owned Paw Wah Point conservation area on Pleasant Bay, famous for its warm water boating, swimming, kayaking, sailing, fishing, and clamming.
The house has a fireplace in the living room, a formal dining room, and a very large fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, with all major appliances in good working condition. A screened porch for bug-free outdoor dining, a deck with picnic table and gas grill, an enclosed outdoor shower with changing area, beautiful gardens on all sides, where you can relax and enjoy lots of birds and other wildlife; a hammock and a swing hanging on the oak trees. All the rooms are large, immaculate, and tastefully decorated.
The master bedroom with its own bath on the ground floor is furnished with a queen size bed. Upstairs are two large bedrooms which share a full bath. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen size bed as well as a pull-out sofa. The other is furnished with three twin-size beds. All the beds have excellent mattresses.
Linens, including towels as well as beach towels, are provided. There is a half bath on the ground floor and an enclosed outdoor shower, which along with the two full baths, accommodate large groups quite well. Each of the bedrooms has a window air conditioner. An additional window air conditioner in the dining room cools the rest of the downstairs area.
A Pack N Play crib and high chair are available, as well as some toys, puzzles, and games for all ages.

Why the Owner Chose Orleans
Our business is raising clams and oysters in Little Pleasant Bay, which is about 200 yards from the house. We commute to work by boat and very often take guests out to see our shellfish farm, if time and weather permit.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The easy access to Pleasant Bay with two town landings nearby, make for excellent kayaking or canoeing. You can launch your own boat and enjoy sailing or fishing in Pleasant Bay and beyond into the Atlantic Ocean. A town-owned conservations area, Paw Wah Point, is 1/4 mile away with a small beach and picnic tables. It is easily walkable from the house, or you can drive to a parking lot and follow the trails out to the warm water beach.
