Year Purchased: 1998
Steven and I bought this condo in 1998 when it was just 2 years old. Our three children (6, 4, and 1 at the time) and I spent our entire summers here at the beach for years while Steven commuted back and forth enjoying long weekends with us. We have decided to rent our unit this year for the first time because our oldest son has a summer job, and we will not not be using it quite as much; also, college is a year away so college visits are a priority this summer! Steven grew up going to Ocean City. His parents fell in love with its proximity to Assateague and its fabulous beaches and great fishing! We have seen Ocean City grow into a resort filled with countless activities for families, great championship golf courses, and dozens of waterfront restaurants to choose from. We hope you will enjoy Ocean City as much as we do with its beautiful free public beaches, fun activities, and great restaurants. We also hope you'll enjoy some relaxing time in our beautiful waterfront condo in Ocean City's upscale multi-million dollar home/townhome/condominium bay-front community.
Why the Owner Chose Heron Harbour Isle
Ocean City offers so much for everyone. Beautiful, clean, free public beaches, a large boardwalk, additional amusements including a large waterpark and Speedworld (with its many go karts), plenty of miniature golf, dozens of championship golf courses, and restaurants galore (many of them waterfront). Our condo is in an upscale community in North Ocean City which is quiet and peaceful but still close to the beach, amusements, mini golf, waterparks, and restaurants!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Gorgeous views! Beautifully decorated. Great pools. Quiet, however, just a few blocks from the strip. First floor is convenient and lawn/dock is just outside back steps. Also, Heron Harbour Isle is just a few blocks away from beautiful bayfront Northside Park with playgrounds, bike/jogging paths, public fishing pier, etc.
