Wonderful detached guest house on 10 beautiful acres within walking distance to downtown Santa Ynez. This charming property offers both privacy and convenience. Enjoy views of beautifully landscaped grounds while enjoying your morning coffee on the covered loggia, your own private backyard patio, or from inside while looking out the large picture window. Or if you prefer, walk just a short distance into downtown Santa Ynez and enjoy a cup at our local coffee house.

Beautiful great room features large gas fireplace with hearth, vaulted ceilings and numerous windows to maximize your view. There is a 32" flat screen TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. Fully stocked kitchen for the enthusiastic cook.

Both bedrooms also have vaulted ceilings. Master bedroom features a queen size bed with stunning views and a 9-drawer dresser for ample storage. The 2nd bedroom (not shown)has a daybed with pop-up trundle to comfortably sleep 2 and a 4-drawer dresser.

Directly outside your dining area is your own private patio for outside dining and barbecuing.
Covered parking in your own attached carport.

Centrally located with convenient access to Hwy 154, we are just minutes from Los Olivos and 5 minutes from downtown Solvang. Wineries, shopping, restaurants -- all just a few short miles away from your own private retreat in the country.

$175/night, Sun -- Thurs; $200/night, Fri & Sat. 2 night minimum.
$1000/week; $3400/month. Maximum 4 people.
$300 fully refundable security deposit due at time of reservation.
Payment of rent & non refundable cleaning fee due 2 weeks before arrival date
Cleaning fee for 2 people: $50. Cleaning fee for 3 - 4 people: $80
Cancellation must be received 1 week before scheduled arrival date or full deposit
will be held.

The Santa Ynez Valley is the perfect retreat. A tranquil, gorgeous setting offering many activities and yet just a 30 minute drive to the beautiful city of Santa Barbara. Enjoy wine tasting at the numerous wineries in the area, shopping in the quaint Danish village of Solvang, or dining at wonderful local restaurants. Hiking biking or boating/fishing in Lake Cachuma.
For golfers, the River Course at the Alisal in Solvang is a great public course. Monthly golf packages available. Additional golf courses in the area include top-rated La Purisima and Rancho San Marcos.

    • Jeanne and Leo have created a wonderful oasis in wine country, within walking distance of "downtown" Santa Ynez yet seemingly away from it all on their large acreage on the edge of town. Perfect alternative to the Inn...more room to spread out, a full kitchen, two bedrooms, plenty of parking, and lots of gathering space for a family or a couple seeking more privacy. A fine stay and highly recommended.
