This 3rd floor unit is located near a stack of elevators for easy access to the white, sandy beaches. It is located on the same level as the walk-over from the parking garage so no need to push your luggage into an elevator. Pier Park and all of its shops, restaurants and movie theaters is less than a half mile walk. Soon the new airport will be opened and that is 15 to 20 minutes away. LOCATION! LOCATION! Accommodations: The master bedroom has a king size bed where you can lounge as you look out the sliding glass doors. The bonus room has 2 TWIN BEDS rather than bunk beds for easy access for all ages. This one bedroom unit has the largest floor plan of all the one bedroom units with over 1100 square feet of inside space. The patio is one of the largest for a one bedroom and is even bigger than some 3 bedroom patios. The living room contains a queen sleeper sofa. In addition to the TV in the living room, there is a TV in each of the two sleeping locations.

What a great time we had during Thanksgiving week. Not so many tourists and lots of regulars from GA, AL & TN. The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable with a nice view from the balcony. The photos look just like the property and condo. The covered garage parking was safe and handy for all the Christmas shopping, locally (Pier Park) and in Destin. It was nice to receive a call from the owner --- so personal and caring. Would recommend for a couple or single....everything's waiting for you....ENJOY!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 31st. wedding anniversary vacation this year, many thanks to Bill & Elaine for sharing their beautiful home away from home with us! This was our first time staying at an Aqua Condo & it was simply the best! Our condo was extra clean, cozy and well stocked with everything that anyone would need on vacation..... there was even an "Honor" Wine cabinet. What a delightful surprise! The outside balcony has a very nice glass top table & chase lounge to enjoy any meal or rest on while watching the dolphins play. Each morning we were treated to this.... just beautiful! The living room has a comfortable recliner for watching tv or just plain napping. The master bathroom features a garden soaking tub and a separate glass enclosed rain shower plus a double vanity. I have to mention the colorful bonus room with the two twin beds...... it is the sweetest room & right across the hall from the second "full" bathroom. We really enjoyed our vacation in this condo..... we prepared breakfast meals in the well stocked kitchen & enjoyed our evenings dining at some of the wonderful restaurants. Aqua is just down the road from Pier Park with all it's wonderful shops & restaurants. We love The Back Porch... great seafood! We will definitely rent from Bill & Elaine again, they are detail oriented & super easy to work with. Aqua is a gorgeous place, the pools, grounds and pergolas are fantastic, we enjoyed each & every moment of our vacation there. Thank you!

We just returned from a week at this condo and I must say it is perfect in every way! The owners were awesome to work with and they have thought of EVERYTHING! There were games, movies, stationary, even an unmentioned high chair. My brother and girlfriend were staying in Seaside for a few days and drove up and spent the night, and the bunks in the extra room worked out perfectly. Kitchen has everything also. Thank you Bill and Elaine for a wonderful week at Aqua. We stayed in two bedroom last year, and found this ocean front master, larger patio, with the two bunks much more accomodating for what we wanted! :)
