LOCATION: The desirable WEST END OF PANAMA CITY BEACH IN LAGUNA BEACH. Close to Carillon and Rosemary Beach.
This gulf front home sleeps 10-12. This 4-story home has a panoramic view from each level of the house, the Margarita Room located on the fourth floor view is unbelievable.
THE FIRST FLOOR has a 2-car garage, a bedroom, a sitting room and a full bath. There are two guest bedrooms on this floor. One is furnished with a QUEEN bed and the other is furnished with a DAYBED w/TRUNDLE. The daybed can be used as two twins or trundled to be used as a King. Both guest rooms share the full bath.
THE SECOND FLOOR features HARDWOOD FLOORS with a spacious living room area. The BALCONY off the living room overlooks the gulf where you can see beautiful sunsets and listen to the gulf waves. Large dining area with plenty of seating. There is also a DOUBLE FUTON available, if additional bedding is needed.
ON THE THIRD FLOOR you will find the KING MASTER SUITE overlooking a great view of the Gulf. The Master Bath has JETTED TUB and separate shower, double vanity and closets galore. The third guest bedroom has TWO TWIN BEDS and the 4th Bedroom has a QUEEN BED with private porch.
THE MARGARITA ROOM located on the fourth floor is all glass with a PANORAMIC VIEW in all directions. Complete with wet bar, small refrigerator and deck for sun bathing. This room has a DAYBED w/TRUNDLE for anyone wanting to be lulled to sleep by the lapping waves and starry sky.

This is a great location away from the crowded beaches of Panama City and Destin. The house worked great for our 5 families. Big kitchen for plenty of cooks and dining area spacious enough to sit 8 for eating and playing games and a couch area for those directing traffic.. Washer and dryer were a great help for all those sandy towels and clothes. Except for the master bedroom, the other bedrooms were small but quite adequate for two and a little crowded for the pack and plays. Direct access to the beach was wonderful and we also enjoyed the pool. Management was great to work with and even accommodated us with a table and chairs on the top deck which was quite a view of the coastline and star gazing. We watched a great lightning strom from the Margarita Room. Close to good shopping and restaurants in Panama City Beach but we enjoyed staying in and eating fresh fish from Buddy's Fish Market. Great vacation house for a large group. Would definitely recommend to friends.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We all loved this house. Very roomy, alot of space to move around in. We all had our own area to retreat to when needed. Enjoyed the views, especially from the upper levels. You can see for miles down the beach. The sunsets and star gazing along with the full moon while we were there were incredible. House very clean and had all the cooking utensils and linens that we needed. Having the garage was handy for loading and unloading. Had use of beach items from the garage. Could have used the pool area but didn't need to with the beautiful beaches to play on. The washer and dryer came in very handy before going home. We enjoyed many of the restaurants at Pier Park along with shopping. Like the mini-golf and go carts. Para-sailing became a big hit this year along with the airboat ride to see the alligators. Would of liked to do the dolphin tour again but not enough time. We were lucky to see a pod of about 30 swim by the beach house one morning. That was really spectacular. The photos and listing of this property are accurate and I would definitly rent from you again and recommend you to others. Owners were great to work with and we Thank -you for the great vacation.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

House was clean and the management staff were accomodating and helpful when maintenance problems arose. Beach views and direct access to water was very nice. Also, having access to a pool is a bonus with young children. I would recommend this property to just about anyone.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.
