This gulf front home sleeps 10-12. This 4-story home has a panoramic view from each level of the house, the Margarita Room located on the fourth floor view is unbelivable.
THE FIRST FLOOR has a 2-car garage, a bedroom, a sitting room and a full bath. There are two guest bedrooms on this floor. One is furnished with a QUEEN bed and the other is furnished with a DAYBED w/TRUNDLE. The daybed can be used as two twins or trundled to be used as a King. Both guest rooms share the full bath.
THE SECOND FLOOR features HARDWOOD FLOORS with a spacious livingroom area. The BALCONY off the livingroom overlooks the gulf where you can see beautiful sunsets and listen to the gulf waves. Large dining area with plenty of seating. There is also a DOUBLE FUTON available, if additional bedding is needed.
ON THE THIRD FLOOR you will find the KING MASTER SUITE overlooking a great view of the Gulf. The Master Bath has JETTED TUB and separate shower, double vanity and closets galore. The third guest bedroom has TWO TWIN BEDS and the 4th Bedroom has a QUEEN BED with private porch.
THE MARGARITA ROOM located on the fourth floor is all glass with a PANORAMIC VIEW in all directions. Complete with wet bar, small refrigerator and deck for sun bathing. This room has a DAYBED w/TRUNDLE for anyone wanting to be lulled to sleep by the lapping waves and starry sky.
