With this rental you really get what you see in the pictures! A nice, clean house in a great neighborhood at a decent price. I rented this house for visiting family and it suited our needs since they were busy with us all day and just sleeping at the rental. I think it should be noted that the only TV is located in the detached unit, not in the house, which was an issue for our group since we used each bed (the ad states that there's a TV in the detached unit, but it never crossed my mind that the house iteself wouldn't have one). We also found it to be quite sparse, there wasn't even hand soap in the bathroom, but I think that for an extended stay it would be a place that you could settle into. My sister snagged the queen bed and raved each day about how great the mattress was!

The property is extremely well maintained, the location is safe and convenient and the owner's contact was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again when in town for business.

Charming Home with a Fantastic Location in an Excellent Neighborhood

I stayed at this very charming home for a couple of months while working out of West Palm Beach and enjoyed every minute. The location is spectacular. The home is minutes away from downtown West Palm Beach as well as Palm Beach and it's lovely beach. The home is very warm and comfortable. El Cid is a beautiful area and the neighbors were all very friendly and welcoming. The management did everything to ensure we had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay again and recommend this property to friends.

Beyond our expectations! Guest: Igoplaces (Boston, MA.) Date of Stay: January 9, 2010 Review Submitted: April 22, 2010 This is not only an incredible place, but the absolutely best deal in town! We stayed here for three months and hated to leave! Words are misleading. What's being called the "detached unit" is actually a wonderful "cottage" behind the "house," (yes, it does have a "bungalow" feel to it, more than a "beach house" because it really isn't at the beach). The place is impeccable. It's appropriately furnished, and the bed in the master bedroom is outstanding. The sofa bed in the "detached unit" is not that comfortable, but there's a futon couch in an adjacent room (with brand new pool/ping pong table and dart board!) and putting the futon mattress on the sofa bed mattress does the trick. The neighborhood is fantastic and super-convenient. The neighbors are fantastic too. This is an absolute must-stay place!
