Direct Oceanfront! Beautiful well taken care of owners unit at very nice complex called the Kuleana which is part timeshare just south of Kahana and north of Kaanapali. You can't get any more oceanfront than this. These units are normally renting for $185 per night but since I am doing my own managing I can reduce that rate to $140. Plus, this unit has one of the nicest locations - ground floor and ocean front in a nice tucked away corner. I have another photo link upon request. Available for minimum of one week. Discount for 1 month or longer. Although there is a sofa sleeper, I really prefer to rent to just 2 people.
One of the best pools of all the condos in this area.

- snorkeling with the giant green sea turtles! They are all over, right off the shore. We have one of the largest pools in this area. Don't stay in a highrise when you can stay oceanfront without the masses! I'm just down the street from many restaurants.

Last Minute Special - Oceanfront Maui
Year Purchased: 1999
Why the Owner Chose Other Kaanapali Properties
The Kuleana has got the best location, best pool, lushest grounds and we even have a surf break right in front. It's really the perfect location
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The pool is quite large, we have a tennis court and I even enjoy playing ping pong. There are generally 2 private beaches, depending on the ocean currents. The snorkeling is good too with giant green sea turtles that come very close to shore.
Owner's Map of Other Kaanapali Properties
I love my oceanfront Maui condo and I think you will too. Maui is the best. Lahaina is very historic and charming with plenty of restaurants and shops. We've got great beaches all around us including Airport Beach, Baby Beach, Kaanapali and Kapalua at DT Flemming Beach.
I spend about 4 months of the year here now and am able to work from my laptop. I've made some great friends nearby and have a daughter and 2 grand daughters that live in Napili.

We had a lovely time here. The unit is clean and well equipped, and has the most amazing view right from the patio. Very quiet and relaxing, wonderful pool and BBQ facilities. We would definitely recommend it to anyone. You will need a car, but there are shops, restaurants and beaches only a few minutes drive away.

My wife and I have rented Ed's cozy piece of paradise 3 times. It is all a couple could hope for at a very affordable price. The sound of the ocean with the slider open any time of the day or evening is very peaceful and relaxing. We enjoy the Bar-B-Que area with a cocktail or two and the new friends we meet during our stay. The sun sets each evening btwn Lanai and Molikai and when it settles below the horizon I swear you can see steam as it settles into the water. Look for the cruise ships setting sail out of Lahaina at dusk; it is fun to see the ship lights fade away into the night. I'm fired up for another visit!!!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
