The wonderful, private home is on a quiet country road on the pristine Crystal River in Glen Arbor. You will enjoy over 200' of riverfront with sandy swimming. Plenty of things to do here: kayaks, canoes, fire pit, gas grill and a dock right out your door. A huge yard and a playhouse for the little ones. Walking distance to the village.
This home sleeps up to 18, with five bedrooms and three baths - as well as big family/play room . One king in the master bedroom with a fireplace, one queen on lower level, one queen and one Full in the upper level, five Twin/one Full Bunk lower level, and one sofa bed.
Huge cook's kitchen off of living room area that features a large island and dining table for gathering, which also connects to the living room with a huge fireplace ... all overlook the river. Decks and balconies for outdoor dining along the Crystal River. There's also a sauna outdoors by the river for relaxing after a long day of play. Play fort for the kids. This is a perfect location to make family memories.
Walking distance to putt putt golf, shopping, restaurants, tennis courts, public park and beaches. Close to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Pierce Stocking Park, Lake Michigan to name a few. Enjoy fairs throughout the summer and fall. 1/2 hour to Traverse City, 20 minutes to Leland, 1/2 hour to Suttons Bay. Come and have a blast!
