The Lake House is located just one block from the downtown area that features shopping, restaurants, a movie theatre, and more. Located just across the street is Don Morse Park with sandy beaches, picnic areas, boat launch, boat moorage,jet ski and boat rentals, tennis courts, beach volleyball and a 18 hole grass Putting Course. We are located next to a Red Aoole grocery store, within a bock of pizza and buger resturants, and within two blocks of Starbucks and downtown shopping and events.

Located in the heart of downtown Chelan, The Lake House offers stunning lake views. They are fully furnished, richly appointed residences that successfully combines the comforts of your own home with the services and amenities of a top resort. The Owner's Services Staff performs all maintenance upkeep, and the highest level of personalized concierge services. There is a year-round heated pool, spa, splash zone, and a 4,000 sq foot Pool House with a fitness center, outdoor fire pit where we offer free s'mores nightly from 7pm to 9pm. The heated pool and hot tub are open until 10pm daily.

My wife Patty and I are full time residents of the Chelan Valley and have vacationed here for nearly 40 years prior to moving here full time.

Everything was perfect. The condo was just as it was described, clean roomy, well maintained. The kitchen had every utensil and dish we needed to make and serve meals.The King size beds were so comfortable. Our children had so much fun in the pool and enjoyed the park across the street. The customer service was excellent.. thanks for providing all the makings for s'mores every night at 7; the kids loved that too! We can hardly wait to go back. This is a condo I would love to own.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The management & staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. The 3 bedroom condo was spacious, very comfortable, well furnished and clean. (the bedroom with the bunk beds was rather small, but ok.) The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with utensils, dishes, glasses, pots & pans-- everything you could think of was there. The club house was great... pool table, TVs, hot tub, heated swimming pool, etc. I definitely recommend staying at THE LAKE HOUSE!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
