Located in Watermill, this home offers vast farm views and beautiful sunsets. The large covered outdoor porch is perfect for entertaining. Under the large covered porch is a granite counter height table with seating for 12. You will also love lounging on the sectional sofa with a perfect view of the flat screen TV mounted over a 4' outdoor wood fireplace (photos are prior to completion of fireplace). The fireplace makes for great ambiance at night and is also perfect for roasted marshmallow s'mores.

The kitchen is the largest room in the house, it is a popular gathering room that can handle large groups with ease. The granite island seats 6 and a counter height table seats 8. Viking stove, ice machine and restaurant style soda gun make entertaining a breeze. The kitchen also has a red and white wine fridge and is super stocked with wine glasses, drink glasses, plates, serving plates and serving utensils.

You will be amazed by the endless farm views from every room in the house. There is a two story foyer with a cat walk that separates the master wing from the other three upstairs bedrooms, there is also a first floor bedroom. Whole house has Zon audio system, which has controls for speakers outside.

The house has four bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed. One of the three upstairs rooms has a queen bed, another has two full size beds and the last of the three has a full sized bed. There is also a downstairs bedroom with a queen bed. Washer and dryer are located upstairs.
