Our spectacular gulf front three-story home on the west end of The Retreat, is professionally furnished with luxury in mind. Amazing Gulf views, private beach access, prestigious gated community and a beautiful beach club that is considered to have one of the most amazing negative edge pools all along Scenic Hwy 30-A. The Retreat is tucked away along 3000 feet of beach frontage, 1,000 of which is protected dunes. Our home sits just 33+ feet above sea level. A full time security guard is on site to bring peace of mind to the whole family.
The ground floor features a central foyer leading to a guest room with a queen size bed and private bath and another guest room on the ground floor with two twin size beds and private bath. A convenient laundry room and access to an expansive gulf side covered porch. A two car garage completes this floor.
The main level offers an open kitchen with a large breakfast bar, elegant dining area, all open to the over sized living room with fireplace, bamboo flooring, wood beamed coffered ceiling, hand carved wood screens over a recessed media center. Tucked away on the main level is a Junior Master suite with king size bed and private bath overlooking Drapper Lake.
The Gulf front master suite, located on the third floor, has a private balcony with gorgeous gulf views. The Master suite comes with a king size bed and beautiful private sitting area. The Master bath has a spectacular view of Drapper Lake. Additionally, on the third floor is a bonus room with day bed that would be a great place for a nursery or office.
