Was very happy with the looks of this property, it was well kept and very private. There was a wonderful fire pit in the back, lots of fun. It was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need, right down to trash bags! It was obviously newly decorated and was modern and beautiful. It was not 2200 square feet, somewhat smaller, but it comfortably slept 3 couples, although the loft would have been better for kids (not terribly private). Would gladly rent again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

This is a comfortable and well furnished log home in a convenient and yet somewhat secluded setting. A modern kitchen, three bedrooms and two baths, large porch, and deck equipped with grill. Home is close to Interlochen, Traverse City, Old Mission and a number of lakes and campgrounds. The proprietor was very helpful. Reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved this beautiful log home. Unfortunately, we only booked for a weekend but will be back this summer for a longer stay. The home was immaculate and the two bedrooms were very private and the kids loved the loft area. Very close to cross country trails and snowmobiling trails. We have recommended this property to our friends.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
