This is a two bed/two bath, designer furnished beach side apartment - that is a very light and airy corner unit. The high elevation ensures that you have tranquility and wonderful views from every room. From the balcony and lounge, you can see Ocean boating and beach activities by day and the millions of lights stretching all the way to Palm Beach at night. 24 hour, seven days a week - security and secured covered reserved parking.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed, Jacuzzi bath and walk in closet. The guest bedroom has two single beds, a shower and ample closet space. The lounge is fully equipped with open plan kitchen and sectioned off dining area.
The particularly high elevation means you can open the windows and enjoy the sea breeze and not have to worry about bugs.
Lots of international restaurants are located close by, many of them are award winning. Muvico theaters is 15 minutes away and you can easily visit Palm Beach, Boca Raton or South Beach. If you want to travel a little further Key Largo is a couple of hours drive, Key West - perhaps four hours. The Everglades are on your doorstep.
The apartment is kept immaculately and rented only a limited number of times. Couples are preferred and this is definitely non smoking.

My wife and I purchased this lovely apartment having spent a wonderful time snorkeling, fishing, diving and playing golf in Pompano Beach. The private beach club, local cinemas, restaurants galore, covered reserved parking were all great. But what made this apartment so special were the amazing uninterrupted views out to sea and along the coast. A breath taking delight from the moment you walk in.
Why the Owner Chose Pompano Beach
Ft Lauderdale airport is 30 minutes away . Close by are all kinds of activities. Boca Raton shopping mall, Aventura mall and South Beach is 45 minutes away if you are inclined. The fishing is spectacular year round and there are many charters close by (walking distance). Muvico 18 is 15 minutes away and some of the finest dining around is on Atlantic Avenue. It is quiet, secure, designer furnished and a great place to spend lots of time.
