Year Purchased: 1996
I first moved to Navarre Beach in 1991. Every time I across over the bridge to Navarre Beach, the view nearly takes my breath away. It's truly a little paradise. I bought Southern Breeze in 1996, lost it to Hurricane Ivan in 2004 and rebuilt Southern Breeze in 2008. Now it is more beautiful and better than ever. There was a silver lining after all.

I bought Southern Breeze for investment. It was a dream of mine to be able to spend as much time on the Gulf of Mexico as possible
