We have visited Los Suenos a number of times & stayed in this awesome condo. Eric is great to work with. This perfect & clean condo has breath-taking views you can't stop taking pictures of! The pools are refreshing and surrounded by well maintained grounds with the most amazing flowers & foliage. Tastefully decorated with everything that you need for a luxury stay, including a washer & dryer! Our family & friends have had memorable vacations here with so many activities to select from. There is something for everyone to do! World Class fishing, butterfly farm, 2-3 national parks, bird tour, crocodile tour, local restaurants, fine dining, 3-4 canopy/zip line tours, horseback riding, surfing or just relaxing by the pool. The location was central to all attractions yet very private and peaceful. Be sure to visit Villa Caletas, the marina shops & restaurants. We highly recommend this property for a family vacation, romantic getaway or with friends with privacy for all.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Iliana and Eric, We returned from a great trip to CR last night (despite a bomb scare and evacuation of our terminal wing in Ft. Lauder dale while we were making the connection to Tampa!). Bella Vista 3C more than met our expectations. It is perfect for three couples. The prime spot around the Beach Club for sure! Thank you again for making this unit available to us and all of your assistance with our trip. Iliana, the bus driver, Jorge, was great. He drove us both ways, right on time in a bus with plenty of room. Eric, we laughed that you knew our friend in Costa Rica, Mario, He spoke very highly of you when we played golf. We played at Cariari on Monday with him. We also played the Los Suenos course, La Iguana. Tough but beautiful. The pro, Jose Quesada, is a good friend of Mario. Our lead maid, Maria Elena, was very good. My wife is fluent, so they communicated a lot. We left her 6-7 pounds of Dorado filet which we caught the day before. One was a monster 45 pounder. The fishing was insanely good. We couldn't believe how calm the ocean was and how many fish and varieties we caught. Thanks again. If anyone wants a reference, I'll be glad to talk to them. We loved the condo, it was perfect for us. Being on the beach club was the perfect location, we could watch the kids at the pool right from the condo's main balcony. The location seemed to be right in the middle of everything, we walked to all the pools, the beach, the beach club, the Marriott and the Marina. We didn't rent a call so it was great. All the rooms having private baths, balconies and big walk in closets were great too. Plenty of room for our group of two couples with our two kids. We'd recommend this unit to anyone.
