Why the Owner Chose Kohala Estates
This is one of the most amazing locations in all of Hawaii - so close to so many activities, great restaurants, top hotels in the world, incredible fishing, diving, snorkeling, every outdoor adventure you can think of, including camping, boating, hiking, ziplines, paddling, etc. And don't forget the whales jumping in winter - you can see them from the lanai, kitchen, bedroom and main room of this house. It feels remote and yet is actually so convenient to everything.
The Unique Benefits at this House
This house is big enough to accommodate 3 couples or 2 couples with kids comfortably, which makes for an affordable option to expensive local resort communities and single hotel rooms or suites. Sitting on 2 acres of land, the houses around it seem far enough away, giving a sense of solitude, which makes for an ultra relaxing experience. Just about everything a visitor, or visiting kama'aina might want to do on the west side of the island is a short drive away (with gorgeous views).

Aloha, My wife and I lived in and loved this home for four years before building and moving into our beach house in Puako. We enjoyed waking up to the sound of birds chirping and seeing those gorgeous ocean views! Sunsets are particularly spectacular and it was always a joy to come home at the end of a long day and relax on the lanai while watching the colors of the sky change...And star gazing is incredible. Please, come and enjoy our home!

"I love this house like it was my own! My family has enjoyed a few vacations at this amazing house. It is big enough for one or two families, or a family with kids. The location provides the most amazing ocean views, wonderful warm weather (hardly ever rains here) and a great layout with wonderful amenities. The hot tub on the large lanai is perfect for stargazing the night away. The view of all three mountains from the driveway are incredible. The kitchen is upscale and easy to work in. The location is near all the great beaches -- especially Hapuna (my favorite) and Spencer (great for little kids). The sound of the birds in the morning makes your Hawaiian vacation complete. I can't say enough good about this lovely home. I can't wait until our next trip!"
