Approx 1800 sq. ft. house at a cool 4800 ft. Nearly new with cedar shake siding and green metal roof. Two decks the entire width of the house, with outdoor furnishings. Private wooded lot, and very close to Grandfather Mountain and Pisgah National Forest. Hardwood Floors and Ceilings on two floors, with carpeting on the other floor. Ski areas are all about 10 miles away, and Bluegrass Parkway nearby. Of course air conditioning for those few days that it is needed. Gas Logs in LR. THREE FULL BATHS!! Never rented out before Spring of 2009. Unbelievable at $125.00 per night, with a 3 nite minimum, and a cleaning fee of $75.
