Excellent fishing and boating from 24’ foot dock on private property with trophy Pickerel in the early spring and latter on for mighty Muskie and fighting Bass. Certified safe fire pit for outdoor roasting of marshmallows and lighting up the evening or the midnight sky gathered around telling stories. Muskoka chairs are placed for perfect view of the sunset. Sightings of Wild Turkey, Deer, Fox, and Chipmunks on/nearby property. Mature trees grow amongst the flower garden with two large Apple trees, and a pampered lush green lawn. Water is UV treated for safe and fresh water all year round. Numerous skylights and walkouts from several points on two split levels.
