Located on the shores of Follins Pond (3 mile saltwater pond w/ocean access) this property features a private dock, association beach and gazebo. Enjoy swimming, fishing, canoeing, kayaking and other water sports without getting in your car. Nature lovers will spot egrets, blue herons, cormorants and swans. Crack open lobster claws in the gazebo while watching breathtaking sunsets. Stroll the dock with your morning coffee. On chilly nights, snuggle up by the fire of the gas burning stove.

Why the Owner Chose Bass River
We are Massachusetts natives and my husband grew up on this very pond. We're looking forward to sharing this special place with people that appreciate Cape Cod at it's best. As a former interior designer in San Francisco, I especially enjoyed decorating the cottage and giving it a fresh and natural look to match it's beautiful surroundings. The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
Relaxing with friends or reading in the sunroom and gazebo, canoeing around the lagoons and marshes, bird watching, diving from the dock and taking a swim, riding bikes to Captain Frosty's for the best fried seafood on the Cape and watching magnificent sunsets all year round. On rainy days, we love to take a leisurely drive up historic route 6A, browse the antique shops and stop for a cup of clam chowder.
