Three Large bedrooms, all on separate floors with full bath, balcony, TV/VCR. Fourth bedroom is on top floor has futon and full bath. Large eat-in kitchen with additional seating at countertop. Powder room off kitchen. Four and a half baths. Game room off family room great for rainy days. Lavishly decorated to make you feel extra special (not beachy).
Extra shower in garage for sand removal. Parking in private garage or in front. Gas Fireplace in family room. Bedrooms and family room also has ceiling fans. Two zone heating. Large whirlpool tub plus separate shower in master. Most bathrooms have double sinks. Also available off season.

Why the Owner Chose Other Bethany Beach Properties
We loved the water views, quiet, relaxing atmosphere yet close to beach and Bethany Boardwalk. We wanted a pool and tennis court on site. We liked being able to drive to the beach from our neighborhood without having to cross route 1 (Indian River bridge currently under construction so must drive on route 1 until work is complete)

My family and I stayed at this property in August of 2011. It was perfect with PLENTY of room. We enjoyed the space, views, and location. The neighbhorhood is very quiet which is perfect for walks or a night on the balcony. The owner was great to work with and gave us plenty of information including restaurant recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay over the July 4th weekend. Everything was there and provided by the owners. I highly rate this place. Looking forward to staying here in the future.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Close to water, great views. Would have liked extra pillows and blankets for sofa bed, would have liked extra serving dishes for pasta/salad. Owner comment: Additional pillows and blankets now in unit. Extra serving bowls are now in the kitchen.

I liked the newness of the home and the clean condition. Rated high in evaluation for number of bedrooms, cleanliness, pool and tennis courts and plenty of dishes and serving utensils. Very likely to tell a friend about this rental.
