Tree Top Suite is spacious, with hardwood floors throughout, comfortably furnished with two bedrooms (one full bed, one queen bed), a bathroom with tub/shower combination, a large living room with comfortable seating, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, large deck and balcony. There is high-speed internet access, cable TV, an iron and ironing board and hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and coffee maker.
Bottled water, coffee, tea, restaurant menus and visitors guides are provided. Your stay includes vouchers for breakfast each morning at Talulas Table (valued at $10.00 each) when staying three days or less. We do not provide daily maid service, however, the suite is fully stocked with plenty of linens for your stay. There is a washer and dryer if needed. Please bring your own toiletries. Daily maid service can be provided for an additional fee.

We purchased this commercial property for it's retail location. The former owners lived in the apartment above, having lived there over 30 years. When they decided to move on, we decided to update the kitchen and bathroom, refinish the hardwood floors and furnish for a corporate rental (more than 30 days) or rent out as a Bed and Breakfast unit.

Kennett Square is our home town where my grandfathers both had businesses many years ago. It is small town America at its best, home of the annual Mushroom Festival in September.
