Apartment LISELOTTE consitis of apartment LISE and LOTTE on the 1st floor. It has about 190 sqm and is in the typical Vienna Style with modern comfort .Our guest-flat “LISE” has place for 4 persons with 80 sqm. It consists of a wooden anteroom, a toilet, a kitchen with electro-cooker, micro-wave, refrigerator, a bathroom with bathing-tub and washing-machine. In the master-bedroom is a double-bed and a white tiled stove with cable-TV. In the spacious living-dining room with a beautiful wooden ceiling is a dining place and a sofa-bed for two more persons. It is connected with apartment Lotte by a pad double door, which could be locked on both sides.
Apartment “LOTTE” is 110 sqm large. In the master-bedroom are a double with 2 separately beds, chests, a white tiled stove and cable-TV. In the kitchen-cum-living room is a comfortable dining place, cable-TV, an electro-cooker, micro-wave, refrigerator and a dishwasher. The second master-bedroom with double-bed is separated from the other through the anteroom. In the bathroom is a bathing-tub, a shower-cabine, two washbasins and a washing-machine. The toilet is separately.
Both apartments are full furnished and central heated. You will find bed-linen, towels and things for the daily use. Free of charge we provide baby-cot, a children chair, changing station and carriage. Please notice that in these apartments we don’t allow pets and smoking is forbidden. You are staying in a conveniently located residential apartment house. We offer different kinds of apartments especially for families and business guests. With the tram number 43 you can reach the center directly within 20 minutes or in the other direction you can see our vine-yards and the beginning of the Vienna Woods. Here you will find the typical Vienna inns, called HEURIGE, where you can taste our vines. In the front of my house is the tram station and a shopping-center. You can reach within an one minute walk the District Museum, an indoor swimming-pool and a very old and famous theatre, called “Metropol”. At the cafeteria, located in my house, or at the bakery’s nearby you may have breakfast. In the neighborhood you find many nice restaurants with moderate prices. We would like to welcome you.
