Sandbridge Beach is often called the "Outer Banks of Virginia." This house is located on a quiet side street of the north end of Sandbridge. It is a short 3 minute walk to the beach along a path just 2 blocks from the ocean. It is also just 1/2 mile to the public lifeguarded beach, market/deli, and restaurants.
"The Pearl" with it's simple colorful furnishing makes for a relaxing vacation. It has a fully equipped kitchen on the upper level. Also upstairs is the master suite with a queen bed, a second bedroom has a queen and third with 2 sets of bunks.
The lower level has a bedroom with a double bed and a large recreation room with a queen sofa sleeper. This home is family friendly with a partially fenced yard. There is even a simple play structure in the back yard.
A full size laundry is on the lower level. A second full size refrigerator is also available for your convenience. $100 nonrefundable pet deposit.
