Year Purchased: 1995
We purchased this property in 1995 and love its quiet location yet so conveniently located to the golf & yacht clubs and town. The polo pony barn was converted into the guest cottage in 1997. we kept the exterior barn looking and cathedraled the sitting area. With the walls and ceiling fresh white, it is a relaxing and peaceful guest cottage.
