Come enjoy the cool ocean breeze with us at Surf Condos unit 727. You will know you're at the beach from the moment you enter our condo. Decorated in light fun colors with plenty of room for you and the family to stretch out. Located just 1/2 mile from the downtown area of Surf City where you can enjoy shops, restaurants, the pier, entertainment and good 'ol fashioned family fun. This condo is on the second floor of the condos, so you have a great view of the ocean and beach. Located inside a quiet community that is off the main highway, provides a pool for guests and of course, private beach access.
Upon entering, the master bedroom is immediately to your left. Inside is a queen bed with access to the bathroom as well. Down the hallway is an area set aside with 1 twin bed, great for a child or one single person. At the end of the hallway is the common living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. The porch off the living room opens out to the ocean. There is enough room on the outside deck that you could enjoy a "dinner by the sea". These condos are in a horseshoe shape with some units being further from the ocean than others. This condo, unit 727 is one of the units closest to the ocean so there is not a far walk to the beach. There is however a short walk back to the pool. You are roughly 100 yards from the pool from this condo.
We have taken great care to ensure our guests enjoy their stay with us. Please come and join us at Surf 727, this is truly a great bargain close to everything you need, but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful vacation.
