The main living area is located on the 2nd floor, and has travertine floors throughout. There is a beautiful sectional sofa, and big screen television. The kitchen is equipped with custom cabinets, Viking appliances, and granite counter tops, for your cooking pleasure. Also on the 2nd floor, is a large Master Bedroom with a king bed and private bath.
The third floor, has a large wet bar area, with a wine cooler, ice machine, and a view of the gulf! There is also a second master suite, with king bed, and private bath. This bathroom has a walk-in shower, and large claw foot tub, so you can soak your cares away!
The community, two tier pool, with infinity edge, is just steps away, and with only 5 homes in the subdivision, it's never crowded. There is also a Decor gas grill by the pool, for grilling.
Hwy 30-A has 17 miles of sidewalks, for you and your family to enjoy. If you can't bring your bicycle, don't worry! There are rental shops nearby! You'll also love being so close to Seaside, with it's numerous shops, restaurants, and entertainment events.

Why the Owner Chose SeaNest Village
Several years ago, some of our friends told us about the Hwy 30-A area, and we've been in love with it ever since. It's a great family oriented area, that is much more private than Panama City. There is 18 miles of sidewalks, for biking or walking with your family.

Seanest Village is a gated subdivision with only 5 homes at this time, so you can enjoy the much needed peace & quite you desire. The pool is never crowded, so their is plenty of room to swim or barbeque with the family.

This house is a wonderful place for a large family. It is spacious and has many amenities. The pool is great. The owners really paid attention to all the details and the location is wonderfull. The only negative is we never really found a close beach access and used access at a house where friends were staying. Marion and Jennifer, thank you for sharing this house!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We just got back from Seagrove and stayed at this wonderful property. It is beautiful and very comfortable. The beaches were breathtaking-no oil in sight! The Merritts were fantastic to work with. I would definitely rent from them again!
