We are a family of four (with two young children) and we stayed one week in this clean and well appointed apartment located in a lively side street close to the sights, groceries & public transport. The advice and support provided by Silvia made our stay in Barcelona really special. Her excellent English made communications very easy. Her recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants were spot on as well. One cannot go wrong staying at this apartment! Highly recommended!

This apartment is perfectly located: a few minutes' walk to the most interesting historical sites in Barcelona and to the metro, taxis, and buses. Lots of restaurants and shopping in this section of the city, you can buy food to cook at the nearby Mercat de Santa Caterina, and so close to the Museu Picasso you can almost smell the art. You'll feel like a native with all the apartments and clubs around where you can rub shoulders with locals. There's street noise at night, but my family quickly adjusted and considered it part of the Barcelona experience. By the end of our four-day stay, we called the apartment home and were somewhat sad to say goodbye. Gracious, knowledgeable, accommodating owners, too. One minor issue: linens were provided for us, but we could not find toilet paper. Luckily, a grocery store is just down the block.

We spent Saturday afternoon through Wednesday morning at this great location in La Ribera/El Born. Silvia and Samuel are FANTASTIC - best proprietors in Spain! Very responsive, extremely reasonable and super nice people. They are the kind of people you expect to meet in Barcelona and hope you can stay friends with! The apartment is very comfortable for 4 to 6 people. Two bedrooms, two full baths, well appointed bathrooms (great showers), kitchen and great dining/living space. WIFI, TV, laundry in the apartment plus all the amenities you might want. You can walk to most of the places you will want to visit in Barcelona from this apartment - Las Ramblas, Picasso museum, and the beach is only 10 minutes walk away. Easy metro access so you can get anywhere in Barcelona. If we are fortunate enough to make a return trip, we'll definitely look to book this apartment again.

We (a family of 5 members) spent a week in Barcelona this summer and all had a fantastic stay. We would like to highly recommend this property in every way, in particular it's quality and location and also the extremely helpful information supplied by Silvia and Samuel about the locality, tourist attractions, neighbourhood, nearby shops, restaurants etc It's been simply perfect!

I've had 3 very nice rentals through VRBO. This was the first bad one. It's in a very iffy section of town. The only room air conditioned was the living room, so we had to leave the windows open. The 3rd night someone climed up to the window, broke in and robbed us. My friend awakened to find a man over her stealing her purse. He sprayed her with pepper spray and they ran out. We lost 2 laptops, 1 camera and money. They also stole the keys to to apartment and building. We were offered a 1 bed 1 bath as replacement. We went to a hotel and finished our trip there. The owner showed no concern and only contacted us after I emailed her 2 weeks later. she said she was too busy. Don't go to Barcelona (we were robbed 2 other times on this trip) or if you do, don't rent from this company.
