I would suggest this condo to anyone going to Pensacola Beach. All of our family loved it! It was very clean and was the perfect size for the 10 of us. The property has great access to the beach- right down the stairs off the back porch. The 2 back porches have a great view of the beach. It is like having your own private beach- which we loved! We only stayed 4 days, but a week or two would have been even better! We would definitely want to rent this property again & hope to in the future!

My friends and I rented this condo for a weekend and we absolutely loved it. It was fully stocked. It had everything we needed and more. The owner was a pleasure to work with. The beach was beautiful. We didn't want to leave. We look forward to visiting this condo in the future.

our stay at the gulf front town home was wonderful.the home is spacious and beautifully decorated. it has all the amenities that you would possibly need and more. the best part of the townhome is the fact that the kids can just run downstairs and be on the beach, the first morning we were ther the sunrise looked like the sky was on fire. beautiful. we watched the dolphins swim by in the morning and a couple of days the blue angels flew by. we all actually wanted to cry when we had to leave, it is that beautiful down there. we will definately be back again and again. thank you very much kare for a wonderful vacation. terry devore

the condo itself was gorgeous and fully stocked...but the best part of the condo was the veiw of the ocean. the kids loved the fact they could run downstairs and be steps from the water. the sand was like powder and so white.great place for a family vacation. close enough to all the shops and restaraunts, but far enough away so you can enjoy the peace and quiet. watched the dolphins swim by in the morning and the blue angels fly by a couple of times in the afternoon. shed a tear or two when we had to leave, but we will be back next year. going to make it a family tradition. thank you so much kare for making it a vacation we will always remember.

Amazing beach house

This is my families third stay in this beautiful beach house rental. The pictures do not do the house justice. The views are breathe taking, with sunsets and sunrises being my favorite. The house is clean, stocked with everything you would need and a cooks dream. I will not rent any other rental on the beach after finding this gem three years ago. This unit is highly recommend.

My now husband and I had our wedding held at this beautiful home. We were able to walk out the back door and right onto the white sandy beaches and have our wedding. The home was spacious, roomy, and met all of our needs for us as well as our guest. It was beautifully decorated making our stay warm and welcoming. You will not be sorry and I can promise you that you will not want to ever leave. I know we sure didn't.

This is not your typical rental! The house has everything you need and more. It is much more spacious than it appears in the pictures and the location just can't be beat. I could be doing something in the kitchen and still see the kids playing on the beach since the entire back wall is nothing but windows. The views are amazing! We saw dolphins playing everyday and during the air show season the Blue Angels fly right by the house on their way home. This section of the beach is residential so there are no crowds. The neighbors on the west side live there full time and were the sweetest people and Kare the owner of this house was wonderful to work with! We are definitely coming back next summer!

2 Family Vacation......PERFECT!!

We vacationed at this home in August 2011 and had an amazing time!!! First of all, the place is perfect and location was exactly what we hoped for. It was my family of 5 along with friends (a family of 4). We had plenty of room. The walk down to the beach was much shorter than we thought it would be. We brought some beach toys, but didn't need to have......there was plenty there. The view is amazing!! We watched dolphins swim right in front of the house almost daily. The kitchen had every needed utensil and appliance. The pictures are spot on......the place is as great as it looks. The house was clean upon arrival and well maintained...... Kare is great with communication and easy to work with. We took our own beach chairs and canopies. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. We have rented homes in Destin and Gulf Shores and this was by far our favorite rental and beach spot!!

The Beach house was great. The house has plenty of room with very nice views of the Gulf. The beach access out back couldn't be better. The owner (Kare) was very responsive and helpful with the rental process.

Moon light on the ocean

The convenience and view do not get any better. You are directly on the beach. If you have children with you, they can move to and from the beach for drinks and such. The out side shower and water hose ensures that you can keep the inside clean and sand free. Beds, bedding, towels and baths are very nicely kept. The kitchen counter and dinning table arrangement ensure that you can enjoy each others company while you both prepare food and dine. There is no through traffic on the street which makes this home safe and quiet. Your immediate neighbors are full time residence and very friendly. Did I mention that you step directly onto one of the cleanest beaches in the world. Jump in, you will love the experience.

Beautiful Condo

Just returned from a week at this condo. It is more beautiful than the pictures. I could hear the waves with the doors closed leaving peaceful sleep. 6 of us went and it gave enough room for privacy yet roomy for games and dinner together. Great dining close by, beautiful scenery, beautiful water, quiet private beach, great neighbors, and not to mention Fort Pickens which was filled with history. Very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful we saw dolphins almost every morning and even some while swimming. Great location great condo!

I really can't say enough positive about this vacation home. The location is great. The view is great. The furnishings are great. Kare was a a pleasure to work with. The home is located right on what I consider one of the best beaches in the US. I consider this beach on par with Marco Island and Siesta Key. Being from Ohio and having children it is the closest nicest beach within driving distance. It takes about the same amount of time to drive to Pensacola as it does to Myrtle Beach. That's about the only comparison that can be made between the two locations.

The vacation home was as pictured. It exceeded our expectations. The view and location were perfect. We had plenty of space for our group of 8. It is rare that you can find a vacation home where everyone can sit down to dinner together but this home allowed for that. The garage also had plenty of parking. Overall we could not have more pleased.

Beautiful home on Santa Rosa Island FL beaches

This vacation home exceeded my expectations. First - the location is perfect- quiet(not a lot of people), views that many see only in the media, and yet is close to all island activities. The 'kids' (my children, who are parents) surfed and played with my grandchildren in the gulf every day almost all day.(Lots of sun screen) Second- The garage is hugh- plenty of space to park and unload. Third- The photos just do not do the exquisite furnishings and decor justice; comfortable beds, sofa and loveseat, patio table and chairs, grill started right away. Fourth- It's all true, the amenities are there just like the owner stated in the ad.(Great kitchen appliances, plenty of pots, pans, glassware) What you do need to bring is: toilet paper (remember, 3 bathrooms), kitchen garbage bags, shampoo, beach towels, paper products for eating and a willingness to change to 'island time' (watches not needed). The only drawback is the stairs for someone disabled. I would definitely rent this home again, & again... but they won't let me off work that long. Have a great time.

Gulf Front!!

We wanted Gulf Front and we got it!! We had 2 fabulous views from 2 separate balconies, walk down some steps and we had sand between our toes. This home was very clean, well-maintained with everything as described. Kare was very helpful and very easy to work with, thank you. We were just a short drive to all the attractions and restaurants Pensacola Beach has to offer. We will definently recommend this rental to family and friends and hope to stay there again in the near future.

This was the first time visiting the area. We stayed with our extended family for a wedding and had a great time. Everything you would ever need while on vacation and more! Waking up to the sound of the crashing surf and looking out into the gulf was certainly enchanting. Great place, highly recommended.

Pensacola Beach Rental

We enjoyed our stay at your condo while visiting friends in the area. The view from the master bedroom was breathtaking. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of working room. The only problem was all the stairs, but if you are in good shape, a good choice while on Pensacola Beach!

Owner response:Pulling in to your own private garage, big enough for 4 vehicles is worth the set of stairs to the living area. Think of the stairs as getting you ready for long walks on the private beach. Having one king bedroom on the first floor living area with kitchen makes it the perfect room for older guests in your family. We look forward to having you back next year. Kare

My family and I stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend and we loved it. The kitchen is nice and roomy and the view is amazing. You are literally on the beach and the powder soft sand is second to none. We loved having coffee out on the deck and watching the sunrise. The owner, Kare was very friendly and easy to talk to, and we hope to rent from her again.

My husband and i and our daughters' families spent a week at kare's townhouse in july...we had a wonderful time. The unit was very spacious and we really enjoyed the two decks. Kare was fantastic to work with and she was understanding of our reservations about coming due to the oil spill. As it turned out there was very little oil, the water was beautiful and my grandchildren loved watching all the BP clean up crews patrolling the beaches! We did have an issue with the refrigerator but hopefully that has been fixed. We loved the townhouse...the neighbors were great and very quiet...the best feature of the unit is that it's right on the beach and has lovely views. My daughters all want to rent it next year!

Perfect vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time. The townhome was spacious, with plenty of privacy yet a great place to all come together at the end of day and enjoy each other's company. We were blessed with perfect weather every day except one where it was cloudy and little rainy which gave us a day to recoup inside. The water was simply beautiful with nice big waves a few days and then as still and clear as can be toward the end of our stay with the wonderful clean beaches. This location is also great as it was close to town and all the amenities yet very private. We were so impressed with the master suite which has extra wide sliding doors going out to your private balcony. The unit was spotless and had a nice stocked kitchen. One more thing, the neighbors were simply the best, so helpful and friendly, we all just loved them. We will definitely be coming back as soon as we get the chance and Kare was so helpful also, sending us brochures and even shells from the beach to put in my family's Christmas stocking. Can't wait to get back there.

This townhome is directly on the beach. We hardly left the lower deck which is off the living area. The view is outstanding and was just perfect for my mom to sit and enjoy the view. This unit contained everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is nicely equipped. With the four bedrooms and three full baths, we had plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely recommend this unit to our friends and family. We will be back!

Our stay was exceptional. Kare was very pleasant to deal with and the transaction was easy. The townhome itself was immaculate and spacious. The views were just as described with two large balconies directly on the beach. We had several small children and I felt safe watching them from the balcony. It was quiet and private but tourist entertainment was less than two miles away. I cannot say enough about this townhome. We hope to return in the future.

Our family vacation was awesome! The beach was absolutely georgous with the town home steps away. The beach was not crowded and was perfect for our little ones to run around. We had a wonderful time at this beach townhome although, some things were not fully functional within, they were reported and will be updated soon. The accommodations were nice, three levels to spread out. The access to the beach and nearby attractions were worth the short drive….but the most exceptional part of the trip were the neighbors who lived right next door.…I would recommend the property to friends and family. Thanks Kare for your offer and assistance for this property, truly an enjoyable 5 days of relaxation and entertaining memories. Amazingly, the food was good especially The Peg Leg Restaurant and Naval Museum were some of the highlights. When our time comes around again, this will be a choice property. Paradise by the Ocean

Our stay at this property was unbelievable. We felt so relaxed and at home in this beautiful townhome. The view was spectacular. We walked right off the deck into the white sand and just a few more steps into the breathtaking water of the gulf. It was awesome to be able to spend the day at the beach and not have to lug everything a long way and then have to pack it up and haul it back. We also enjoyed the fact that the beach area was not the least bit crowded. In the mornings we woke up early and walked right out to the shore to look for seashells and enjoy the sunrise. Drinking our coffee outside on the lower deck while we watched the tide change was unforgettable. We didn't want to leave, so we are sure to go back again sometime.

Already rebooked! we had such a great time... LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION directly on the beach, no elevators to wait for...no lugging your chairs and beach gear down 20 flights of stairs. Huge kitchen for cooking and entertaining. With a cute little market right up the road for your grocery needs. Very nicely decorated makes you feel like your in a luxury caribbean resort.... I cant wait go back this summer!

Our stay was awesome! 4-older adults + 5-18 to 21 year olds!! Slept, drank, swam, drank, ATE, drank, swam, fished, BBQed!!, ate fished, drank, played cards, put puzzles together!!!, swam more, ate more, drank more!! slept some!! We cooked all our meals and brought way to little to drink!! Watched jets, relaxed, crabbed!!! Built sand castles and so much more!!!
