If you're staying at the Sand Dollar, then you're staying in the Heart of Old Destin. These are the original highly-desired beaches of Destin, and you can't get a better seat. You will be within walking distance to some of Destin's favorite Restaurants. There's no pool here, but the ocean is all yours. Just step off your deck onto your own beach.
Your also within a few minute's drive of outlet malls, many restaurants, and other retail shopping. Want to go to the Destin Harbor, then give yourself ten minutes driving time, and you're there. Sand Destin is also only minutes away. If you're looking for a fantastic location on a budget, then look no more.

Sd9A is is a 'NO SMOKING' unit which will sleep four people. The entrance to this unit is actually into the Master Bedroom, which has a Queen Size Bed. There is also Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. There are TV's, DVD Players, and a CD-capable Stereo. The Kitchen is equipped with a Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Sink, Dishes, Silverware, and Cookware. There are Linens, Towels, and a private Washer / Dryer for your convenience.
The private balcony is equipped with chairs for a Relaxing Evening in the Breeze. The Scenery is complete with both a breathtaking View of the Gulf and the Sounds of the Waves breaking on the Beach.
There is one designated parking spot for this rental, and it is directly in front of the unit.
This unit is larger than a studio, but smaller than most condo's. It is approximately 525 sq. ft., not including the decks and balconies. This unit is a great compliment to the 2-bedroom unit upstairs (9B), adding an extra kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer.
