This affordable "Up North" home is newly decorated and fully furnished for your vacation needs! Each bedroom contains a dresser and closet. One bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom contains 1 double and 1 twin bed. The fully furnished kitchen opens up into the living room with a sofa sleeper. Large yard for children to play in.
Two marinas are nearby: Elk River Marina with access to the Chain O'Lakes and Grace Memorial Harbor with access to East Grand Traverse Bay, Lake Michigan.
Elk Rapids has so many conveniences all year round it is a must to come and visit. You can walk or ride your bike through the neighborhood to the downtown area where there is shopping, restaurants, movie theatre, parks, the beaches, tennis and basketball courts and much more.

I love the tranquil area around the house and the street the house is on is not busy at all. There is a short nature walkway across the street from the house.

Great area - the owners are a wonderful family - such hospitable people. Very fun family oriented area that should be recommended to anyone that hasn't explored this port of Michigan. Enjoy Elk Rapids - we sure did!
