Or you may choose to walk to shopping and dining,spend the day at the Silver Mountain Spa and Health Club(onsite), or select from multiple trails to cross-country ski, snowsshoe, hike or mountain bike right from your doorstep.At the end of a fun-filled day, a soak in the outdoor hot tub and heated pool can't be beat.

Year Purchased: 2005

We are Ken March and Deb Gott , antique dealers and interior decorators, from Amesbury, Ma. Together we have 4 children and 3 grandchidren all avid skiers and boarders and outdoor people.

Why the Owner Chose Other Prospector Square Properties

We were looking for a centrally located ground floor property to stay in when we were visiting 3 of our chidren in Utah.
The condo is on the shuttle bus route, eliminating the need for a car rental.
Being midway between Main Street in Old Town and The Canyons and in the heart of the many great resturants was also a big plus.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo

We are avid skiers, hikers, bikers and love all outdoor activities, no matter what the season may be.
With the condo being so close to Rail Trail, it is just steps for us to get in a quick walk or run or to meander in the many trails off into the woods.
