Great retreat right on the water at the 66 MM on the Osage Arm of Lake of the Ozarks...….enjoy this quiet waterfront home from the deck, bask in the sun, play on the shore, or hang out on the dock! We are located on the QUIET side of the lake meaning "NO TRAFFIC JAM" in the lake or on the roads. Why fight the traffic while you’re supposed to be relaxing on vacation?
Enjoy the cool evenings in front of our newly renovated fireplace. You can make it a cozy romantic rendezvous, relaxing in front of the crackling fire, a Girlfriends' Getaway, or make it a Fall family get away and make S'mores in the fireplace. What ever your desire, it's sure to please and make lasting memories. We supply the firewood, so you just need to bring the marshmellows, graham cracks, Hershey bars, or a couple of bottles of good wine. Food would be good also!!
Gorgeous sunrises on the lake and beautiful sunset views in all directions make this an ideal place to get away and enjoy a slower pace, even if for just a little while. You’ll feel right at home and have everything you need to have a wonderful time at the Lake! Fully updated kitchen appliances, ceiling fans, new flooring through out the main level, with lots of room to relax and enjoy your self.
Our home provides guests with a quiet neighborhood retreat with the lake just steps past the deck and excellent fishing off of our dock. We also have a dock ladder if you’d like to jump in and enjoy the water. Our home is located at the 66 Mile Marker on the Osage Arm of the Lake of the Ozarks in the Holiday Hills Cove area. Excellent fishing along the seawall right from shore/dock, plus great fishing coves all around! There is a boat slip for parking your boat, so bring it along! There are several restaurants close either by boat or land, make yourself at home and have a great time!
The living/family room has a TV, DVD/VCR combination, as well as, the beautiful wood burning fireplace. The lower level living area has a couch, chair, bar sink, stereo, ½ baths, & a magnificent lake view. The eat in kitchen is fully equipped with side-by-side refrigerator/freezer w/ice maker, ceramic glass top electric stove, overhead microwave oven, dishwasher, programmable coffee maker, crock pot, blender, rice cooker, toaster, dishes, utensils, and pots & pans; everything needed to feel right at home. The utility room has a washer & dryer, charcoal grill, & smoker. Our dock has a covered slip available for your use, along with a porch swing. The deck has an umbrella table & chairs;
As mentioned above, Holiday Hills Marina is just down the cove and has free boat ramp & storage area for trailers for a nominal fee.
Feel free to bring water toys & lawn games for your enjoyment. Please bring appropriate size life jackets for children, as well as adults.

We charge a $95 cleaning fee, therefore your vacation can be a vacation~you won't have to run, rush, & clean like mad as you head back home. We want you to leave relaxed, which is why we have changed our policy. We will provide bath towels and have clean sheets on all of the beds and ask when you leave the dirty linens & towels deposited in the respective laundry baskets(bed linens in bedroom basket, towels & dishclothes in bathroom).
We also ask you show consideration for our neighbors by keeping the noise down at night and not blocking the driveway we share. If additional parking is needed, please park on the gravel road at the top of the driveway.

We use the place for personal use and love the location, proximity to Kansas City and St. Louis, and amenities. There is a marina nearby and entertainment, dining, music, and gas docks.
The Unique Benefits of this Lakefront Home
Lakefront property where you can have your own dock, boats, etc. and walk right out the front door to the water. One of the many reasons we chose the area is that it's 3- 3 1/2 from our primary residence in St. Louis. A great place to get away from the frantic pace of the city Monday through Friday. Luxuriate in doing whatever you want--from water fun, fishing, sitting in the porch swing on the dock reading.
