The Marview Retreat is a 1 bedroom with a queen and a double futon in the living room.
The Marview Suite is a 2 bedroom with a queen bed and a twin trundle bed.
You have a very good view so enjoy whale watching, the winter storms or a glorious sunset all from the comfort of a easy chair.
The Retreat unit features 1 large bedroom, a double futon, a kitchen and living room with 1 bath. The Suite side is a 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. The living rooms have a TV and VCR, If you live in a cold climate in the winter time and want to get away for a month or so, this is your perfect place. Great view.
The Beach access is very easy, just across a 2 lane residential street, to the beach access. There is no stairs, just a ramp onto the beach.
This home is located just a mile south of the Factory Stores, five miles south of the casino. A casino bus goes right by the door every hour. Golfing at Salishan, or the Casino golf course are just minutes away.
Newport and the aquarium is 30 minutes south. Depoe Bay is 15 minutes to the south. Visit the many antique shops and dining places that Lincoln City has to offer.
