We are steps away from the best beach in Florida, white sand is never hot on your feet! The water is emerald green all the time and the dolphins visit frequently.
The restaurants are wonderful. Fresh seafood everyday. Destin has some of the best fishing locally.
The attractions are numerous. The golf courses are spectacular, family activities include mini-golf, waterpark, go-karts, bowling, bungee-jumping and too many water sports to list!
Shopping is fantastic. We are 7 miles from the largest upscale outlet mall in the country.

Most of the new properties are not nearly as close as we are to the beach and not as spacious.
