This is a very relaxed and casual condominium with beautiful furniture and artwork, providing a beach-like vacation atmosphere. It is on the second floor of a four unit building, on the south side, with a lanai that faces southwest into a natural wooded area. There is abundant sunshine all day long and the sunset can be enjoyed with a glass of wine on the lanai. The lanai opens wide with large sliding glass pocket doors, bringing the woods into the high ceiling living room and kitchen. In the wooded preserve, there are plenty of birds to entertain you and occasionally you will see some local wildlife, including otters and bobcats.
The condominium is located in a community with several different kinds of buildings, none more than two stories high. It is a very friendly neighborhood, with a beautiful community pool, two tennis courts, easy access to the 27 miles of walking trails in Bonita Bay. Right at the entrance there is a stop for the shuttle bus to Bonita Bay's beautiful private beach club. In the pool area, there is a barbeque grill and tables for casual meals. Unlike many condominium communities, there is substantial green space between us and our neighbors, making for a quiet neighborhood.
Our condominium is fully equipped, with a very nice kitchen, a TV area, Spanih tile and carpet throughout, and lots of big windows. It's a very cheery place.
