Our vacation homes and condos are first class, our repeat guests tell us all the time! All of our private homes and condos are fully furnished and equipped with all the amenities to make you feel you are relaxing in your own home.
All of our properties are located close to the area attractions; Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World to name but a few. Access to major highways making the most beautiful beaches in Florida an easy drive.
We offer 24 hour check-in and 24 hour emergency assistance to respond rapidly to the needs of our guests. Please email for details and rate quotes for these different types and sizes of accommodations.
We accept payments made in US funds from all major credit cards, money orders, certified and personal check. Please note: The weekly rate quoted does not include the 13% local and state which must be added at the end of the auction. A credit card number or cash deposit is required for security purposes to cover any damages during your stay.

Q. What time can I check-in? A. Check-in is any time after 4pm. Check-out time is 10am.
Q. Will there be a maid who cleans every day, like a hotel? A. No, all our homes are self-catering. The home is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. There is a washer and dryer in the home for your use during your stay.
Q. Can I stay for less than 1 week? A. Yes, the minimum stay is 3 nights. Additional fees will apply to a stay of less then 7 nights. Contact us for availability and an exact quote.
Q. Can I stay for more than 1 week? A. Yes but availability is limited. Contact us for availability and an exact quote.
Q. What do I need to make a booking? A. A $200 deposit is due to secure a reservation, this is deducted from the total amount due. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you make the reservation with less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due to secure the booking.
Q. Can I bring my pet? A. Sorry, none of our homes or condos allow pets.

Why the Owner Chose Cane Island
The property location was a no brainer, minutes away from everything !!! I have many restaurants walking distance such as: Chili's, Long Horn, Hibachi Grill, Krispy Kreme (for a sugar fix), among many others !! Pharmacy is right in front of the main entrance, and although Disney, Universal and others are fun; I like going to Old Town also at walking distance for me. There I get to enjoy the Car and Bike shows during week nights as well as weekends, take the wife shopping, and the kids get to have fun in the Fun Spot with Go Karts, Monster Trucks and Sky Coaster. I know you might be thinking this sounds like you wouldn't get any sleep, but you don't hear a thing it is walking distance but far enough that when it's time to relax it's like you're in your own little retreat. That are only some of the reasons why I love it here, but of course the beaches, commodities and easy access to the main roads are also more reasons. Like I said once you come see for yourself, IT'S A NO BRAINER.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
As far as benefits I think I spoiled it a little with the previous question, but of course there is so much more to this location it isn't even funny. Don't take my word for it come check it out for yourself !

Unfortunately, we had a miserable experience. We had to deal with the cheap coded entry box. That was just frustrating. After washing all of our clothes, we found that the dryer didn't work and the carpet was incredibly dirty. I was impressed with the management company because a handyman was sent over to fix the dryer and the carpet was cleaned the next day. There wasn't so much as an extra roll of toilet paper, salt and pepper, no dishcloths, no dishtowels. The WORST of it all were the mattresses. Horrible, horrible experience. We ended up sleeping on the floor. We thought the location was fine and we didn't hear the traffic noise.
