This home is located in a private community with tennis courts, private beaches (some of the best beaches, anywhere) & clubhouse. The community is very safe and quiet yet provides you nearby access to the city of Laguna Beach and all its amenities and activities.

This home has a gourmet kitchen and an eat in table in the kitchen (with a fantastic view of the ocean and coastline). Nearby is an outdoor al fresco dining area with panoramic ocean views. On the same level is the Master Bedroom (with gorgeous ocean views) and the second bedroom. Off the kitchen area is the comfortable and spacious living room...enjoy wonderful conversations and a glass of wine while watching the sunset over Catalina Island.

On the lower level is the 3rd bedroom, the family room with large screen TV and a large covered deck with rocking Adirondack chairs to enjoy the sunset, city lights and ocean views. All areas enjoy ocean views.

The home has wonderful indoor/outdoor living and features large decks for entertaining and relaxing. If you want to eat in, how about cooking on the BBQ while you relax and watch the ocean.

Cleaning Fee: $250
Initial deposit is $2500 security fee plus 25% of the rental fee.  Balance is due
upon check-in. Once you are checked in, there are no credits/refunds
for shortened stays. 60 Day Cancellation Policy is outlined on the contract.
Low Season Discounts are available September through May.
