Charming cottage located about 250' from a bluff which overlooks Penobscot Bay. Ideal location is off Route 1 at the end of a long wooded right of way. The cottage is in a quiet, peaceful spot where one can wander along the bluff or relax on a bench with a book or just watch the tide come in and go out. Stroll along the rocky beach in search of shells and other sea treasures or find a big smooth rock to sunbathe on.
The cottage is cozy and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped but, rather than cook, you may choose to visit Young's Lobster Pound for lobster, Angler's in Searsport for a wonderful fish chowder, Darby's in downtown Belfast, or Chase's for a tasty and wholesome breakfast.

My wife and I stayed here on a trip with my parents. We each had our own cottage and it was wonderful! We had plenty of "together time" but our own areas to get away. The grounds are beautiful and the blue berry bushes were FULL all week, lots of muffins and pancakes! The view is unbeatable, and listening to bells on the bay as you fall asleep... Im ready to go back!! VERY clean, and the owner is fantastic! She was very accomidating but not intrusive, she really treated us like family! Absoutly wonderful place to stay!!!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.

This was a clean , and comfortable , cozy little cottage. The grounds were well manicured and the view was one to remember. Nicely furnished inside , country beach cottage theme. A great place to relax, comtemplate , meditate or just daydream looking at the fantastik bay view. The owner was very nice and friendly. You will not be dissapointed !!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, pet owners, sightseeing.
