This property is perfect for a visitor to Vancouver. It is less than 100 meters from Robson Street, Vancouver's main shopping area. Theatres, restaurants, food stores and all forms of entertainment surround the building. The property is directly across the street from the Sutton Place Hotel, one of Vancouver's top rated hotels. In addition, you are just a 15 minute walk to the beach. English Bay, Stanley Park, Gas Town, Yaletown, and Coal Harbour are all close by; you do not need a car. You are at the centre of everything in the downtown
The condo is on the 10th floor in a 10 floor complex. It is approximately 825 square feet, but feels bigger. The layout is on two floors; the bedroom (with balcony), and bathroom are downstairs; upstairs is the living room and kitchen. Just off the kitchen is a 200 square foot deck.
The Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, upstairs and down, are beautiful. The furniture is dark wood, and the sofa/loveseat are choice pieces from Chintz & Co. There is also a 42" plasma TV.
It is difficult to describe how much better your stay would be staying here versus a hotel.
