This 5 Star Executive vacation home is perfectly located in the exclusive Solana resort-style gated community, only a few miles from Disney World in Orlando, Florida. The villa offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is especially designed to provide the best vacation ever. We hope to exceed the requirements of the most exigent guest with a spacious open floor plan, an upgraded furniture package, kitchen with brand new appliances, as well as comfortable and luxurious pool lounges.
The tastefully decorated master suite overlooks the pool and has a king size bed with memory foam mattress, a 19" LCD HDTV and DVD player. The master en-suite bathroom has a huge garden tub and a walk-in shower with a hand held massaging shower head. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and hair curling iron, and leads into the walk-in wardrobes with ample hanging space. A pack-n-play baby bed is provided for your convenience.
There is another master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, which has a queen size bed with memory foam mattress, large dresser and mirror, an alarm clock radio, a flat panel HDTV and a DVD. The en-suite bathroom has a step-in bath with overhead shower, vanity unit and a hair dryer.

The 2 kids bedrooms each have 2 twin beds and share a third bathroom with step-in tub with overhead shower, hair dryer available.
In the den, there is a double flip-flop sofa, a leather storage bench with 2 video rocker chairs, as well as a 26" HDTV with a PlayStation2 game console, 12 PS2 video games, and a book library.
There is a nice game room in the garage, which presents a 7' pool table, soft foam floors and a laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing table.
For younger guests there is a stroller, a high chair, a baby monitor, a pack-n-play baby crib, and for the toddlers there are 2 toddler bed-rails which can be installed on any of the beds. All our doors have child safety locks, the door to the pool has a child safety alarm on, and the pool is surrounded by a child-safe fence.
After a full day in parks, relax in the heated sparkling pool or get a massage in the bubbling spa. There are pool toys for everyone to enjoy. The south-west facing pool is enclosed in a net cage which keeps the insects at bay and allow you to sunbathe all day on the 5 recliner chairs with ottomans and a chaise padded by the most comfortable cushions. There are also two snack tables for you to enjoy your drinks and snacks while using the pool area. The spa has the added advantage of a rapid heat facility for those evenings when a soak in the tub would round off a perfect day.(works only when the spa heat is on)Furthermore, we have just installed a new privacy screen around the pool cage, so spending time by the pool should be even more enjoyable.

Why the Owner Chose Solana
Hello, my name is Cristina, and my husband Chris and I have two daughters. For the past 4 years we have been renting homes for our vacations in this area. We simply love Florida, and spending time in the sun. Since we were going down there so often, in 2008 we decided to buy our own piece of heaven. And so it has been. Being located in Davenport, and especially in the gated community of Solana, has helped provide us a quiet and extra safe vacationing place, but still close to everything we loved about the World of Disney.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
We have enjoyed furnishing and decorating our home, so that we feel pampered every time we go there. I made a special point of purchasing Memory Foam mattresses for the beds because I have a very hard time sleeping at night. It has really paid of. I have been receiving rave reviews about the beds from many guests. I even had a guest who called me when he got home to ask where I had purchased them and went right to buy one of his own.
The girls especially enjoy our pool and spa, the PlayStation games, and the large playground area. My husband and his friends like to spend time playing pool and BBQ-ing, and of course, my friends and I love shopping at the outlets. As the house is big enough, we always have one or two friends and their kids with us.

August 8th – 11th, 2009 My family and I had a marvelous time in your home. The kids enjoyed the play rooms and the outside pool. We felt comfortable the whole stay. Our friends and family came to visit and were very amazed. They said that I must always keep your phone number nearby. We all love your house. It has everything that anyone would need for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. My husband and his family is already making plans for July 2010. We may need more than one house for that vacation. June 20th - July 11th, 2009 The house was great. Loved the games + TV area. Loved NO TVs in the kids rooms. Loved PC + WIFI too. This felt like home away from home, even when it rained we had loads to do. I prefer this home to the one we had in Solana last year. If we are back, we'll be back to you. Oh, & the clubhouse was much better this year, more organized activities - however, if we knew about them in advance, this would help us to plan better. Overall we had a ball! Take care.
