This 5 Star Executive vacation home is perfectly located in the exclusive Solana resort-style gated community, only a few miles from Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
The villa offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is especially designed to provide the best vacation ever. We hope to exceed the requirements of the most exigent guest with a spacious open floor plan, an upgraded furniture package, kitchen with brand new appliances, as well as comfortable and luxurious pool lounges.
The tastefully decorated master suite overlooks the pool and has a king size bed with memory foam mattress, an alarm clock radio, a 19" LCD HDTV and DVD player. The master en-suite bathroom has a huge garden tub and a walk-in shower with a hand held massaging shower head. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and hair curling iron, and leads into the walk-in wardrobes with ample hanging space and a security safe. A pack-n-play baby bed with changing table and bassinet is provided for your convenience.
There is another master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which has a queen size bed with memory foam mattress, large dresser and mirror, an alarm clock radio, an LCD HDTV and a DVD. The en-suite bathroom has a step-in bath with overhead shower, vanity unit and a hair dryer.

The 2 kids bedrooms each have 2 twin beds and share a third bathroom with step-in tub with overhead shower, hair dryer available.
In the den, there is a double flip-flop sofa, a leather storage bench with 2 video rocker chairs, as well as a 26" LCD HDTV with a PlayStation2 game console, 15 PS2 video games, and a book library.
There is a nice game room in the garage, which presents a 7' pool table, soft foam floors and a laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing table.
For younger guests there are 2 strollers, a high chair, a baby monitor, a pack-n-play baby crib, and for the toddlers there are 2 toddler bed-rails which can be installed on any of the beds. All our doors have child safety locks, the door to the pool has a child safety alarm on, and the pool is surrounded by a child-safe fence.
After a full day in parks, relax in the heated, salt water, sparkling pool or get a massage in the bubbling spa. There are pool toys for everyone to enjoy. The south-west facing pool is enclosed in a net cage which keeps the insects at bay and allow you to sunbathe all day on the 5 recliner chairs with ottomans and a chaise padded by the most comfortable cushions. There are also two snack tables for you to enjoy your drinks and snacks while using the pool area. The spa has the added advantage of a rapid heat facility for those evenings when a soak in the tub would round off a perfect day.(works only when the spa heat is on)Furthermore, we have just installed a new privacy screen around the pool cage, so spending time by the pool should be even more enjoyable.

Why the Owner Chose Solana
Hello, my name is Cristina, and my husband Chris and I have two daughters. We simply love Florida, and spending time in the sun. We have been going to Florida at least 2 or 3 times per year since our oldest daughter was born, and used to rent a villa each time. Since we were going down there so often, in 2008 we decided to buy our own little piece of heaven. And so it has been. Being located in Davenport, and especially in the gated community of Solana, has helped provide us a quiet and extra safe vacationing place, but still close to everything we loved about the World of Disney.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We have enjoyed furnishing and decorating our home, so that we feel pampered every time we go there. I made a special point of purchasing Memory Foam mattresses for the beds because I have a very hard time sleeping at night. It has really paid off. I have been receiving rave reviews about the beds from many guests. I even had a few guests who called me when they got home to ask where I had purchased them.
The girls especially enjoy our pool and spa, the PlayStation games, and the large playground area. My husband and his friends like to spend time playing pool and BBQ-ing, and of course, my friends and I love shopping at the outlets. As the house is big enough, we always have one or two friends and their kids with us.
Our beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bathrooms villa, located only 3 streets over from the club house.

We at Villa Alexandra believe on the personal touch when it comes to dealing with our guests. Even though we do not live in Florida all year long, we do get as involved as possible. Our managers, Mick and Elaine, are wonderful, and they look after our home like it would be their own.
Chris and I have two daughters, and we all love Florida and our home down there very much. When we bought it, we wanted it to be a dream place for us, where we can get away from all the demands of everyday life. We both live very stressful and busy lives, so when we get away we need peace and quiet. However, we can't be too far from something to keep the girls occupied, they are 5 and 14 years old after all. So, we found that being in Solana soothes all our needs beautifully. We get the piece and quiet, and the girls get the Disney World, and all the other parks, not to mention the luxury of having our own pool and spa at our fingertips. As you can see from our picture, we do enjoy what Florida has to offer.
