Year Purchased: 2008
My husband and I were both born in South America. We love to visit our respective countries and last year we decided to purchase this brand new condo in beautiful Ruta del Sol near Salinas beaches in Ecuador.
Why the Owner Chose Salinas
We visit Ecuador frequently and fell in love with Punta Centinela Beach resort. During a visit in 2007, we found out about Torre Centinela 1000 being built at the time. That's when we decided to purchase this 3-bedroom condo, which was completed in October 2008.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The Condominium has it's own swimming pool but it also includes access to 3 additional pools in Punta Centinela Yacht Club, including a private beach. The Punta Centinela resort also offers restaurants, bar, sauna, playground. Torre Centinela provides security 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Private parking for one car is also provided.
