Taos is a world class ski resort that just accepted snow boarders in '07 for the first time. There are no lift lines, an amazing ski and board school and beautiful terrain. Lessons cater from beginner to super expert ski guides that take you to all the best powder stashes, shoots and tree runs and hiking on the mountain. Ski 2 hours in the morning with your group (no more than 7 in a group) and ski with your friends/family in the afternoon.
Kids Programs: The Children's ski center is a short walk across the slop from the condo and offers all day ski/board lessons and activities. In the afternoons there is inner tubing down the slopes which is great fun.
For older kids they have special groups for 12 to 21 where they get their own really fun teacher on mountain adventures with a suitably cool and fun energetic guide.
