We had a great time at Surfside. This unit was perfect for out girl's weekend and was much larger than it looked in the pictures. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was so accommodating and made our stay so great. She even left us a welcome gift and called to check in to make sure we didn't need anything. Overall, great stay in Destin!

Millie, We had a wonderful week here in Destin. The girls loved playing in tide pool at the beach. The pool was great for our 4 year old who just learned how to swim and loves to practice. The condo was great and I know my sister love 1005 as well! Wonderful dinner at Cuvee BISTRO LAST NIGHT! 1st time trying it and it was wonderful. Thanks again Millie ! The Weiglein's.

we really enjoyed staying at surfside unit 240229. the condo was very clean and organized with anything that you would need. the view of the gulf was fantastic. most important, millie, the owner was so understanding and helpful. didn't know if we were going to be able to come to destin until the last minute because of my sister's 3 year old grandchild had open heart surgery. i will stay again next year lord's willing. thanks again for your hospitality.

This condo was amazing - even better than the pictures. We had 4 adults and a 1-year old stay here for a week. The condo is very clean and spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean from every room. The condo would be cozy enough for 2 yet spacious enough for a family. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans, utensils, etc. - we had everything we needed to cook anything we wanted. We had one small problem with the fridge which was fixed immediately - most if not all of the appliances are new and worked perfectly. There are toys for the kids to play on the beach so no need to buy those and we left a sand bucket behind as well. We had full beach service which was great. The condo is decorated in a fun and colorful theme and has flat screen tv's although we were too busy to watch anything - would rather watch and listen to the ocean. Millie, the condo owner, is very patient and pleasant and easy to work with. She went above and beyond to make our stay great and we do plan on renting from her again. The only thing to note about the building is the very strict pool rules. If you have a child in diapers or a child that requires a floatie to swim in the pool it would be a good idea to check this out before you make a decision. Most of the best places to eat are on the opposite end of town but it is a short drive and we enjoyed checking out the scenery. The outlet mall and Starbucks are very close - approximately a mile or so away. We considered this vacation perfect and would HIGHLY recommend this condo!!!

My family really enjoyed staying at this condo. The price was very reasonable and Millie was easy to work with. The condo has amazing 11th floor views. The water was clear and warm. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. We also enjoyed getting daquiris and pina colodas from the pool bar and also beach bar. The condo is well kept and even had flat screen TVs. I like that this area is not overly crowded. We easily drove down 30a to see that area as well as drove into Destin. The kids really enjoyed go-karting at The Track Amusement Park in Destin. There are plenty of restaurants near the condo as well as shopping. You do need a car though. I would definitely come back here if we are in the area again!

This was a very nice place, clean and well maintained. Location was perfect. Could sit out on balcony and see the ocean, very relaxing.. Pool was warm and the hot tub was perfect. It was so nice to set out on the balony with the lovely view of the ocean and listen to the sounds of the ocean waves. Everything we needed was provided. Thanks for being so helpful. Dear Millie, I can't thank you enough for this beautiful place and all your help. The kids in the second condo were so grateful and so happy to have beds to sleep in.
