  My family and I just returned from spending a week in Florida. We finished the last 4 nights staying in this home. The house was great and so was the location! We loved the neighborhood and convenience of being close to the attractions. The owners and management team were so helpful. The house has plenty of room and the pool/spa were awesome! I don't think my kids have ever swam that much! Thank you for allowing us to rent your home.

• Great Villa!!

  Our large family recently stayed at your villa for our vacation...and LOVED it!! The house was very open and spacious (which was a bonus with 5 children running around). The doors that opened to the pool had alarms on them, which was awesome with so many little ones. The pool and spa were great...I think we were in there every day, sometimes multiple times. And the community pool and hot tub were also great! The location was great...so close to Walmart and so many restaurants. The staff in the clubhouse were so friendly and helpful...making suggestions of attractions and restaurants. The only negative thing I could think of was that the TVs were on the small side...but really, we didn't go on vacation to watch TV anyway! The kids were already asking when we could come back...and we were still there! Will definitely come again...Thank you so much! Oh, and Paula was great! Very friendly....and so quick to respond to any questions I had!

  We stayed 12 nights. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Loved the pool swam everyday. Plenty of dishes and cookware. All of the theme parks are relatively close. We went to Universal it was about 30 minutes away. We would definately stay again.

  I would just like to say on behalf of my family & I , we could not have found a better place to spend our vacation...the home was so beautiful, we didnt want to leave...the pool was great!!!!!! it was such an easy commute to the parks and then back to the villa...the only thing that we missed out on was playing our Wii & X-box kinect games..the tv'S we not equipped for the games we had, and the tvs were a bit small, and even smaller in the bedrooms...but other than that we plan on using this villa every chance we get to Florida....WE LOVED, LOVED, LOVED THE VILLA....thank you for making our stay one to remember!!!!! and i am sooooooo recommending this to my friends and family....

  This home is extremely convenient to Disney and made our week long trip so comfortable. Staying on Disney property is nice, but there is just something about coming back to your own home after a long, long day and night at the parks. A heated pool and hot tub helps. Paula and her husband of the property management company were very responsive when we emailed about the pool heat on the first day. They were over within 15 minutes and got the heat going. They are fine folks. I found the bed very comfortable with the memory foam topper. There were plenty of towels and linens and we appreciated having the washer and dryer. For the purpose of full disclosure, the only things that could use a little attention are the carpets and living room window blinds. The carpets could use a really good cleaning, especially the high traffic areas in the living room. The blinds over the patio door need to be replaced as they are difficult to open and close due to continued use I am sure. Overall these are small things but could be issues for others...not so much for us. We would certainly stay there again.

  The house was perfect. Lots of space and very clean. The location was great too. Very close to Disney and had a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. The only thing we would have done differently during our stay was to have the pool water heated. We didn't do that and the water was a bit chilly in the evening. I would most definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else thinking of visiting the area. Thanks again for opening your home to us!

  The house was great, with lots of room, small tv's and very hard beds. ( to hard to sleep well' woke up sore every morning ,husband sleep on the coach some night). Pay for heated pool and the first two days it didn't work. It was fixed on three day. Owner promise two day refund and 6 weeks latter still have not received it and no answer to my e-mails. It was a great price but do to the very hard beds and broking promises I can't stay here again

  Owner response: Due to a break down in communication, between myself and the management company, I as the owner take full responsibility for this, i have refunded the whole weeks poolheat as a gesture and by way of an apology for the delay, and i am purchasing some soft mattress toppers for the use of our future guests, if they want to use them. These soft covers will be in the villa stored along with all our spare bedding.

  Had a wonderful weeklong stay at this well equipped villa that is perfectly located away from the crowds and very close to shopping. Jane and Paula (house manager) have thought about everything a family could need away from home with extra linens, plenty of dishes and pans, and a good assortment of kitchen appliances to make you more comfortable. Highgrove is a gated community, which added to its attraction for us, but there was nothing large or luxurious about the clubhouse. It did have a pool table and a foosball table as well as a small area with a couple of aerobic machines. The villa is spacious and adequately furnished for large parties (we had six adults and our 2 year old grandbaby). The beds are all on the firm/hard side, and the TVs were much smaller than we expected, but then nobody goes on vacation to watch TV. I only mention because we brought our Wii in case weather was bad and the TV was not big enough to enjoy it, but thankfully the weather was beautiful our entire trip. The south facing private pool and hot tub were perfect for capping long days of walking around and stayed pretty warm our entire time. They are also well maintained and completely screened in to keep you free from unwanted flying or crawling guests. I would certainly recommend this villa to anyone vacationing in the Central Florida area as Jane and Paula were very accommodating and easy to work with.

  Jane and Vinny, we were not disappointed when we arrived at your home in Florida....everything was exactly as you have described in your listing. Paula from the Management Company along with the staff in the community center were very helpful in answering our questions. It felt comforting to know we were in a quiet gated community where we could walk the dog in the evening and enjoy swimming under the stars in our own private pool and jacuzzi.
