Our year-round, luxurious 3,700 square foot home is fully furnished and has of 300’ of shoreline on Lake Shishebogma, WI. And is conveniently located seven miles west of Minocqua. The home is close enough for lots of excitement in town with plenty of things to do and see. And still far away enough for your own peace, quiet, privacy and fun.
Home is nestled on 2.5 acres with lots of white pines, maples and birch trees with a private driveway. An expansive full wrap around deck with plenty of space, overlooks the lake and lets you enjoy the active among you go fishing, boating, ride a jet-ski, tubing, canoeing or simply floating on the prime 1000 acres on Lake Shishebogoma and Gun Lock Lake. Fire up the grill with some of the fresh walleye, bass, crappies, perch or pan fish you catch or simply enjoy a crackling fire at the shoreline fire pit.
The large great room features a soaring vaulted ceiling and a large 12 foot sliding glass doors leading to deck with a transom windows above – the floor to ceiling windows capture the gorgeous views of the lake. The adjacent kitchen and dining area boast a beautiful view the lake and leads out to deck as well. The fully equipped kitchen consists of plenty of cabinets, counter tops and a breakfast bar area for entertaining. Brand new reclining couch in family room, new queen beds in main level bedrooms,new bar stools in kitchen area.
This great floor plan sleeps eight to twelve people very comfortably. On the main level you will find three full bedrooms and two full baths all with queen beds. Master bedroom has an adjoining full bath and there is an additional full hallway bathroom.
On the second level overlooking great room and lake, is a large loft area with a full bath. The loft area has two sets of bunk beds (twins on top and doubles on bottom) and a TV and a stunning view of the lake.
Lower level of the home consists of an awesome entertaining room, featuring a large family room with oversized futon, roll out day bed and two(2)brand new large flat screen TV's. Adjoining the family room is a handmade knotty pine bar with matching knotty pine ‘Big Boy Stools’ and a refrigerator with freezer. Furthermore, the lower level consists of a private bedroom featuring a queen bed and plenty of storage.
This area also features a full bath with STEAM SHOWER! This is great area to relax in after a long day outside, whether the season is winter, spring, summer or fall. After an enjoyable steam shower, cuddle up, play games, relax at the bar and watch TV or simply read a book and you can still enjoy the views of the lake and listen to the sounds of nature, including the wonderful sounds of the Northwood’s Loons.

Apr,Nov,Dec.. $1,000/week $250/Nightly 3 Night Minimum.
Rates are based upon 8 people, $100/week or $25/day per extra guest up to 12.
Additional 9.5% Sales Tax. $300 Refundable Damage Deposit-Refundable-See Agmnt.
25% is due upon reservation, full payment 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum Age requirement for registration is 25 (twenty-five) years of age.
