Cozy 1st floor two-bedroom villa in the Meadows subdivision of beautiful Sarasota, FL. The view from the unit is gold course and grounds of the Meadows Country Club and pool within 20 feet of screened in patio. An 18-hole public golf course and a beautiful walking/biking trail are just across the street. Multiple beaches, restaurants, shopping areas and local attractions are with a 20-minute drive. Access to I-75 is only 5 minutes away.
The unit sleeps six, two in the master bedroom and two in second bedroom and on the hide-a-bed in the living room. There are tile floors throughout. The kitchen area is well-equipped, and the dining table seats four. Cable TV is in both the living room and bedroom, with local phone service for calls and computer access. The pool right outside patio is great for family entertainment as well.
