Plantation Point is a pleasant place for your vacation. You will enjoy the privacy of a gated community. This property is a nice, spacious two bedroom two bath apartment on the top floor, with a nice balcony viewing a manicured landscaped area. Plantation Point is centrally located between Hilton Head, Fripp, Beaufort, and Port Royal. You will have time to visit all of these places and more. You're less than an hour away from Charleston and less than that to Savannah, A.
Think of Plantation Point as your hub or gateway to all of these other wonderful places to visit. You will be happy to know that you can walk to the grocery store (Kroger's) and Truffles, a fine restaurant.
Included with this rental is a free one day pass to Fripp Island, S.C.,(The pass gets you on the island; no amenities are included.) where the movie "Forrest Gump", starring Tom Hanks, was filmed. Also the movie "Prince of Tides" was filmed there. The author, Pat Conroy, lives on Fripp. You may see him while strolling the beach. You will definitely see lots of deer; perhaps a few alligators, some Giant White Egrets, or Blue Herons or Dolphin swimming in the ocean.
